We currently do not support changing the delivery method once you have selected Interac e-Transfer, PAD, or Bill Pay.
To switch to a different delivery method, you must pause the current payment and create a new one with the desired method.
How to Change Your delivery Method
From the Dashboard, click on the recurring payment you wish to pause.
On the Recurring Payment Details page, click "Pause."
If you want to permanently delete the old payment, click "More", then select "Delete Payment."
Note: Deleting the payment will delete all transaction history associated with it.
Click "New Recurring Payment" on the Homepage and set up the same payment again, but with a different delivery method.
Once your new payment is active, you’re all set! ✅
