Step 1: Log into your Chexy dashboard.
Step 2: You’ll see a section on your dashboard with the Aeroplan logo. On mobile, you might need to scroll closer to the bottom. On desktop, it’ll be on the right hand side. If you haven’t set up a payment yet, you’ll need to do that first. After, you’ll be able to enter your Aeroplan #.
Step 3: You’re now ready to start earning Aeroplan points with Chexy! In your dashboard, you’ll see a checklist of the milestones you’ll need to achieve to earn points.
You need to make sure the last name on your Chexy account matches your Aeroplan account. This is the same as the name you used to verify your identity while signing up, and cannot be changed on the Chexy system.
To change the last name on your Aeroplan account, visit aeroplan.com. You’ll be asked to upload proof of identification as part of the name change process. This process will take about 2 weeks.
