If you’re earning points per dollar on rent, you’ll see them appear in your Chexy dashboard once your rent payment has been successfully withdrawn by Fitzrovia each month.
For lease signing or renewal bonuses, please allow up to one month after signing for the points to show in your Chexy dashboard — we’ll receive this information directly from Fitzrovia and update your account as soon as it’s confirmed.
In all cases, please allow up to 60 days from the time points appear in your Chexy dashboard for them to be successfully delivered to your Aeroplan account.
