When you send money through Chexy, your recipient gets only the standard Interac email—Chexy won’t send a separate notification. Here’s what to expect:
Email subject & sender
The subject line reads “Interac e-Transfer: Chexy sent you $1000. Claim your deposit!” (the amount is of course your payment amount).
Memo line
Make sure to fill this out—it’s how your recipient will recognize the transfer is from you.
Security answer
If your recipient hasn’t enabled auto‐deposit, you’ll need to share the security answer with them directly.
