When you send money through Chexy, your recipient gets only the standard Interac email—Chexy won’t send a separate notification. Here’s what to expect:
- Email subject & sender - The subject line reads “Interac e-Transfer: Chexy sent you $1000. Claim your deposit!” (the amount is of course your payment amount). 
- Memo line - Make sure to fill this out—it’s how your recipient will recognize the transfer is from you. 
- Security answer - If your recipient hasn’t enabled auto‐deposit, you’ll need to share the security answer with them directly.
