Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The contest is open to new and existing Chexy users with a valid Chexy account in good standing.

To qualify, participants must add a new payment through Chexy between October 20 – December 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

A payment is considered ‘new’ only if it is in addition to, and not replacing, an existing payment method or bill previously set up in Chexy.

Payments must be made for legitimate bills or expenses in the user’s own name or business name.

Payments that are fictitious, circular, or created for the sole purpose of contest entry are not eligible.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is required to enter the contest.

To enter without making a payment, participants may submit a 30–60 second video explaining how Chexy has made an impact on their life or how they intend to use Chexy and how it will impact them.

The video must:

• Be original and created by the participant.

• Clearly demonstrate the participant’s experience, story, or intended use of Chexy.

• Be submitted by email to marketing@chexy.co with the subject line “100,000 Aeroplan Points Contest Entry – No Purchase Necessary.”

• The video may be sent as an attachment or as a link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or YouTube).

• Include the participant’s full name and the email address associated with their Chexy account.

Limit of one (1) no-purchase entry per person. Videos will not be judged or scored; they are used solely to verify entry eligibility. Entries received through this method will be given equal consideration to payment-based entries.

3. How to Enter

Each $500 of new eligible payments made during the campaign period counts as one (1) contest entry.

For example, a participant who makes $1,500 in new eligible payments will receive three (3) entries.

There is no limit to the number of qualifying entries — every additional and new $500+ payment made during the campaign window counts as a new entry.

Only payments that were not active on the participant’s Chexy account at the Contest Start Time qualify as new.

Payments that were active at the Contest Start Time and later cancelled, deleted, renamed, re-added, or re-created do not qualify.

Payments that were inactive at the Contest Start Time may be reactivated and qualify, provided they meet all other eligibility requirements.

Contest Start Time means 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 20, 2025.

To be eligible, payments must be fully completed transactions. Pending, failed, or refunded payments are excluded.

A transaction will be deemed ‘completed’ only where:

● (i) for e-Transfer, the status is ‘Deposited’

● (ii) for PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit), the status is ‘Withdrawn’

● (iii) for Bill Pay, the status is ‘Sent’

● (iv) for One-Time Payments, the status is ‘Sent’

Payments must be completed (i.e., not pending, failed, or refunded) to count toward eligibility.

4. Referral Bonus

For each successful referral, where the referred user signs up, activates their Chexy account, and makes a qualifying $500+ payment, the referring user will receive one (1) additional entry.

There is no limit to the number of referral entries that can be earned. Referred users must complete their qualifying payment within the contest period to be counted.

5. Prizing

Total prize pool: 200,000 Aeroplan Points

● Grand Prize: 100,000 Aeroplan Points

● 2nd Prize: 70,000 Aeroplan Points

● 3rd Prize: 20,000 Aeroplan Points

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other reward.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random on December 12, 2025. It may take up to 60 days after the winner is selected for their Aeroplan Points to appear in their Aeroplan account.

Winners will be contacted directly via the email associated with their Chexy account.

Chexy may also announce winners on its official social media channels after confirming eligibility.

Winners must respond within 7 days to confirm acceptance; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

Chexy reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any that are fraudulent, duplicated, or violate these Terms.

Deleted and re-added payments, or any manipulation intended to generate additional entries, will void eligibility.

The total number of contest entries a participant is eligible for will be determined only after the contest period has ended, based on the criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Chexy does not provide real-time tracking of entries. Entry counts will not be displayed in the Chexy platform, nor can they be confirmed or provided by Chexy during the contest period.

Participants are responsible for reviewing and understanding these Terms and Conditions in order to estimate the number of entries they may qualify for.

By participating, users acknowledge and accept this limitation. Chexy will not provide entry tallies or confirmation of entries.

By participating, users agree that Chexy’s decisions regarding eligibility and prize allocation are final and binding.

By entering the Contest, each eligible participant acknowledges and agrees that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, nor is associated with Aeroplan, its parent company Air Canada, and each of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and that Chexy is fully responsible for the conduct and administration of the Contest, including the selection of winner(s) and the distribution of prizes.

The AE Prize must be accepted as awarded. Aeroplan points have no cash value but are redeemable under the Aeroplan program for flights and other rewards. The retail value of rewards obtained using Aeroplan points will vary depending on a range of factors including the type of reward issued, details of which may be found at https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/home/aeroplan.html. Aeroplan points may be redeemed only in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions of the Aeroplan program.
