My Chexy account has been paused because my lease was flagged, what do I do?

If your lease was flagged by our compliance system, your account will be automatically paused and you will be notified via email including the cause of the flag.

Please contact our support team in order to provide the supplementary information or clarification necessary to have the flag lifted and resume payments.

*Please note that certain flag issues, such as evidence of using Chexy to E-transfer yourself, will result in both your account being deactivated and your user account being permanently banned. If you believe this to be in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting Chexy support.
