How Can I Track My Referral Progress? How Do I Know If a Referral Has Been Successfully Activated?

Tracking your referral progress is simple! You can easily see how many successful referrals you've made and if your friends have activated their accounts directly from your dashboard.

How to Track Your Referral Progress:

1. Go to the Referrals Page: Log in to your Chexy account and navigate to the Referrals page in your dashboard.

2. View Your Progress: On the Referrals page, you’ll see a clear update of the number of successful referrals you've made. This number will increase each time a friend you’ve referred activates their Chexy account.

How to Know If a Referral Has Been Activated:

- Successful Activation: Once your referred friend activates their account and completes a payment, you'll then see their referral counted toward your total on the Referrals page.

Important Note:

To make sure your referral tracks correctly, please remind your friend to sign up using your unique referral link and to complete the signup on the same device where they opened your link. If your link isn’t used during signup, we won’t be able to attribute the referral to your account.

NB: Do know that such a process can take up to 24 hours to update. If it has been more than 24 hours and your Referrals page has not been updated to reflect to your most recent referral status, please contact Chexy Support and they will be happy to help!
