You can share documents with anyone — even people outside your workspace — using the Share menu. You decide whether they can view or edit the document, without needing to add them to your workspace.
Pro plans can invite up to 3 guest editors.
Plus plans include unlimited guests at no extra cost.
To share a document:
Open the document you want to share.
Click Share.
Enter the recipient’s email address.
Choose the permission level: View or Edit.
Click Invite.
The recipient will get an email with a link to log in and access your document.
