What Does the Message "User Denied Request" Mean?

"User denied request" generally means your employees have location services disabled on Chronotek's mobile app, and therefore, we can't give you GPS tracks when they clock in and out.

The message could happen for another reason. Ask your employee if battery saver or low power mode is enabled. This feature can impact location services. Suggest that employees carry a small portable battery charger in their pockets or charge their phones in their cars between jobs.

We hope this helps. πŸ˜‰
