You love your employee, Bob, and his impeccable manners. But some nights, he's so anxious to leave his last shift that he forgets to clock out until he's at home binge-watching Netflix a few hours later. A scheduled 2-hour shift becomes a 14-hour time card.

You'd like a quick, easy way to find and fix Bob's time card issues, right?

Find Employee Time Card Issues with Schedule Viewer

Schedule Viewer provides a quick view of your labor activity in a 3-day window - yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Let me break it down for you:

It's easy to detect in the image above that Bob had a problem Monday night that you need to follow up on. He was scheduled for 2 hours but has a 14hr 9min time card that crossed over into the next day. Was there a work-related problem at the job site? Did he forget to clock out until he was at the bar several hours later?

But What Else Does Schedule Viewer Show You?

  • The first column has your jobs in a gray bar, and underneath each job is the employee(s) who worked that job or are scheduled for it

  • The next three columns are yesterday, today, and tomorrow on a timeline

  • Color-coded cells in the timeline report what happened.

    1. White box – the job schedule

    2. White box with a red outline! – a missed schedule and a no-show alert was sent to Job Zone Supervisor.

    3. Green box – actual clock-in/out time (matched against a schedule)

    4. Purple box – actual clock-in/out time (but no schedule)

  • Hover over the cells to read additional details about the clock-in/out.

The Schedule Viewer makes your life easier. Check it out.
