This article explains how to find time card reports for inactivated and terminated employees.

Let's say that Don Julio worked for you while putting himself through college before landing his dream job as an aeronautical engineer. So you terminated him in your Chronotek account. But sometime later, you needed to run a report on his hours and couldn't find him in the time card reports.

How to Find Terminated and Inactive Employees in the Time Card Reports

You'll notice below on the Employee Activity Detail report that Don doesn't appear in the dropdown employee filter. Don't worry πŸ™‚. He's still in there. Scroll to the page where you would normally find him based on the alphabetical order.

He is on page 18 of 23 of the report below. Print only the pages you need. Do Ctrl f to search and find the employee quicker. See the second screenshot.

Ctrl f brings up the search box in Chrome, and I typed in Julio. The browser took me to the page where Don Julio was located.
