What were your total labor costs today? What about this pay period?

You can know how much each job costs because Chronotek Pro is more than a timekeeping system. Enter pay rates for your employees, and your business will come alive with real-time costs.

The admin site shows pay rates, but the Supervisor App doesn't.

Be sure to add or change pay rates before a pay period is closed to get that person's hours in job costing. Those pay rates are locked in for the closed pay period.

It is easy to set pay rates.

Click on a person, literally from anywhere. It opens their Profile. Go to the Pay Rates tab.

From here, you can set or change the employee's Base Rate, Pay Profile, or Payroll ID by selecting the editor pencil. You can also view a history of the employee's pay rates.

Save, and you're good to go!

Keep pay rates updated to get the best job cost reporting.
