Life happens. You may have entered a job that was finished early. Or did this one take longer than expected? Hello—it did not get started on time. Or maybe you never worked the job (sorry, people do change their minds).

Why Are Work Dates Important?

Work Dates are used to show you only the current jobs. You don't need to see a list of jobs that you're not working. Yes, we are helping you calm the chaos.

How to Change a Job's Work Dates

Here is a tip... You know the name of the job - just use the top search box (in the blue header) and you can open the Job from there...

(Yes, you can search on employee names and customers or locations too! )

Or the click the long way....

Go to Jobs > select the job > go to Details tab > select Job Status.

  • Shorten/Mark as Completed

  • Extend

  • Move Start

  • Delete a Job

Not Seeing Your Job?

If you need to see future jobs, just use the funnel on the Jobs screen. 'x' to leave that funnel.

**Once a job has ended you cannot change its dates - so be sure to extend jobs before they end.

How to Change the Name of a Job

If you need to change the job name or job type, just go to Job Details.

Nice Job! (pun intended)😉
