You can change a location's geofence for more precise GPS reporting. Maybe your geofence is too small, and you're getting GPS infraction alerts when your employees are actually on the job site but just outside the geofence.
How to Change a Location's Geofence
Let's do this the easy way... See the Search box at the top in the blue section. That is your 'whole site' search. Just start typing in the location name - I typed in 'pool'. Then I clicked on 1129 Pool Hall.
It takes me directly to the Location, where I then select Location Details.
Change the Accuracy Radius (geofence), but don't make it too small - usually 150 meters is right. If you don't see the map very well Toggle to full screen. Then, you can move the map pin if the location is not exactly right.
If you want to take the long way, go to Customer > Locations.
