If you're stuck on the upgrade page after receiving an invitation from your organization, it's likely because you created your Church.tech account before the invitation was sent. This can cause some confusion, but it’s easy to fix.
Here’s how to get connected to the correct organization:
Step-by-Step Fix
Click the Down Arrow Next to Your Organization Name
At the top of the page, click the small down arrow beside your current organization name.
Switch to the Correct Organization
Select the organization that invited you (e.g., “ Your Church”) from the dropdown list.
Enter the Product
After selecting the right organization, click Upload (or any action button), and you’ll be taken directly into the platform under the correct account.
Look for Invitations
If there’s a pending invitation, it will typically show up on profile dropdown menu.
Click it to complete the connection to your organization.
Still Stuck?
If you’re stuck in a loop or it keeps sending you back to the wrong account:
Double-check that you’re using the right email address associated with the invitation.
Make sure you are not logged into your browser under a different email account.
Make sure you are connected to the correct organization.
Toggle between organizations using the dropdown menu until you find the right one.
