At Church.tech, our Pro subscription includes weekly access to our powerful clip generation tool. Here’s a breakdown of how your clip credits work, how to manage them, and how to purchase more if needed.
🎬 What’s Included Each Week
Every Pro subscription receives:
1 clip generation credit per week
5 video uploads per week
These credits renew weekly at 12:00 AM UTC on Mondays, which is typically:
8:00 PM EST on Sundays
5:00 PM PST on Sundays

🔁 How Clip Credits Work
Use anytime: Your weekly clip credit can be used on any uploaded video in your Church.tech account, anytime during that week.
Example workflow: Upload your Sunday sermon, and run clips Sunday night or Monday morning.
Number of clips: Typically, a 30–45 minute sermon will generate 15–25 clips to choose from.
➕ How to Purchase Additional Credits
If you need more than one clip generation per week:
Click the “Add More” button in your dashboard.
Choose whether you want:
More clip credits
More uploads
Select the quantity you need (as low as one).
Complete checkout, and the new credits will be instantly added to your account.
✅ Purchased credits never expire — they’ll stay in your account until you use them.
📊 Tracking Clip Credit Usage
You’ll see a display like: “1 out of 1 used” once your weekly clip credit is spent.
If someone on your team has used the credit, it will reflect here.
Additional credits will appear as: “0 out of 1 + 2” (indicating 2 extra credits available).
📌 Tip: If multiple team members run clips, coordinate to ensure you don't run out unexpectedly.
🚀 Coming Soon: Clip Credit Subscriptions
In version 2 of the platform, you’ll be able to increase your clip credits automatically via subscription — no need to add them manually each week.
