Frequently asked questions about Church.tech migrating to Content Studio

Your Content and Account

"What's happening to my Church.tech account?"

Church.tech is becoming Content Studio, and you're in good hands through every step. Your account, your content, and your subscription are all coming with you through a guided process we've built to make this easy. We'll make sure you feel confident and ready before anything changes.

"Will my content come with me?"

Yes, absolutely. Your content moves with you through a guided flow we've built to make this easy. If you're worried about anything specific, please reach out at contentstudio@gloo.us. We want you to feel completely at ease before you take a single step.

"How does the migration work?"

When you're ready, you'll follow a simple step-by-step flow inside your account. Your billing moves automatically, your plan is preselected, and you'll have a guided step to bring your content over. Church.tech stays available to you the entire time so there's no pressure to rush.

"What happens to members on my team?"

As soon as the first person on your team claims the Gloo Content Studio account, the other members on your team will be notified via email with a link to automatically join the new account. The email they receive will provide a link they can click to take them to the new account. You will not need to reissue invitations to your team.

​"What if I'm already a Gloo+ Member?"
We're thrilled that you already know the valuable tools and wonderful service Gloo provides! We have already done the work of earmarking those who have both a Church.tech and Gloo+ membership so that there will not be any duplicate billing profiles. At this time, Content Studio will run as a related to but SEPARATE subscription from Gloo+, allowing for the greatest amount of flexibility for our users. The two subscriptions will operate from the same Gloo banner, but the subscription charges and login will be separate (although once you get logged in and save your login preferences, switching between tools will feel very seamless)

The Move Itself

"Why is Church.tech joining Gloo?"
Joining Gloo gives us more resources, more tools, and a larger team to keep building what you need. It's the same mission we've always had — helping your church do more with less — and now we have even more capacity to deliver on it.

"Is my data safe?"
Absolutely. Your data is protected and never sold. Gloo's privacy framework handles everything with the same care you've come to expect, and nothing about how your data is managed has changed.

"Will my login change?"
Yes, you'll have a new login for Content Studio, but we'll walk you through setting it up step by step. It's a simple process and we'll make sure you're never locked out or left confused along the way.

"What about my billing or subscription?"
We handle the billing transition on our end, so you won't need to re-enter anything. Your subscription continues without interruption. If anything ever looks unexpected, just reach out at contentstudio@gloo.us and we'll take care of it right away


Support and Next Steps

"Do I have to do anything?"
Yes, but we'll be right there with you. When you're ready, you'll follow a simple guided flow inside your account. We'll send clear instructions well in advance and give you plenty of time. There's nothing you need to do today.

"When do I need to move?"
Church.tech closes on September 18th, and we'll make sure you have everything you need long before then. We'll send reminders along the way so nothing sneaks up on you. Moving earlier just gives you more time to get comfortable in Content Studio before the deadline.

"What if I need help during the migration?"
We're here every step of the way. Reach out anytime at contentstudio@gloo.us and someone from our team will get back to you quickly. You won't be navigating this alone.

"What if I don't want to migrate?"
We completely understand having questions or hesitations, and we're here to help you think it through. Church.tech will no longer be available after September 18th, and Content Studio is where everything is headed. We'd love the chance to walk you through what's new and address any concerns.
