How to Archive a Message on Church.tech

Archiving messages on Church.tech is a straightforward process designed to help you manage your sermons efficiently. Whether you need to clean up your workspace or simply want to declutter, archiving sermons can be done in just a few steps. In this article, we’ll guide you through the process, ensuring your sermons are archived securely, with the option to unarchive them at any time.

Step 1: Navigate to the Sermon

  • Begin by opening the sermon you wish to archive. This can be done from your dashboard or the sermons list on Church.tech.

Step 2: Access the Details Tab

  • Once inside the sermon, locate the Details tab at the top of the page. Click on this tab to proceed.

Step 3: Scroll to the Bottom

  • After clicking the Details tab, scroll down to the very bottom of the page. Here, you’ll find several options for managing your sermon.

Step 4: Archive the Message

  • Look for a button highlighted in red labeled Archive Message. This button is designed to stand out for easy access.

  • Click on the Archive Message button. A prompt will appear asking for confirmation.

  • Select Yes, archive it to confirm. Your sermon will then be moved to your archived sermons list.

Step 5: Accessing Archived Sermons

  • Archived sermons are not deleted. They can be accessed or restored at any time.

  • To view your archived sermons, navigate to the archived sermons section through your dashboard.

Step 6: Unarchive a Message (Optional)

  • If you decide that you want a sermon back in your active list, simply locate the sermon in your archived list.

  • Click on the Unarchive option. This will restore the sermon to your active sermons list.
