Step 1: Monitor the Upload Progress Bar
For a smooth upload experience, especially with larger files (4-5MB or more), follow these tips:
Watch the Upload Progress: After selecting 'Upload Video' or 'Upload Audio,' a progress bar will appear. Keep an eye on this bar.
Progress to 100%: Ensure that the progress bar reaches 100% to confirm that your file has been fully uploaded.
Keep the Browser Open: Avoid closing your browser window until the upload is confirmed as complete. Closing the window prematurely can interrupt the upload process.
Step 2: Check for File Processing
Once your file is uploaded, it needs to be processed before it becomes accessible:
Processing Time: Processing generally takes about 5 minutes but may vary based on the file size and current system load.
Dashboard Monitoring: Use the dashboard overview to watch the processing progress. Here, progress bars will indicate how much of the content generation has been completed.

Queue for Reprocessing: If processing exceeds one hour, the file will automatically enter a queue for reprocessing. This is usually due to incomplete initial uploads, prompting our system to re-download and process the file.

Notification Within 24 Hours: Church.tech will contact you within 24 hours of a failed upload.
