No formal training required to run classes:
Virtual classes play on screen with our virtual instructor — zero training needed.
Live classes can be taught with our pre-made profiles using on-screen prompts (RPM and intensity for the current and next interval).

Once you invite instructors via your studio dashboard, they get:
Course 1 (Ciclo basics) — free, online, covers how to use CicloStudio.
20% discount on Course 2 & 3 (advanced power-based training and the CicloMetrics methodology).
Courses 2 & 3 carry CIMSPA CPD accreditation in the UK.
