What sound system should I use with CicloStudio?

CicloStudio works with any HiFi digital sound system — the two ways to route class audio.

CicloStudio works with any HiFi digital sound system the studio already has. There's no specific brand or model to buy.

How audio is delivered

Two paths, pick whichever fits your existing wiring:

  • Direct from CicloHub / Android TV to the studio sound system via HiFi digital audio (optical or HDMI ARC depending on your amp).

  • Through the studio screen via HDMI — the audio is routed via the TV's audio output to your speakers or amp.

Both work equally well. Use whichever path matches your existing studio wiring.

What we recommend

  • A dedicated studio sound system with subwoofer for class energy and bass response.

  • HiFi digital input on the amp (most modern studio amps have this).

  • Keep the CicloHub output volume fixed at a comfortable level (e.g. 70%) and adjust class volume from the studio amp — this gives consistent quality and avoids clipping.

Backup: music to riders' phones

Music can also be delivered directly to riders' phones via the CicloZone app. Riders use their own headphones. This is useful as:

  • A fallback if the studio sound system fails.

  • A silent-disco-style class for quiet hours or early mornings.
