Payment
Studios are billed in GBP, EUR or USD. We invoice you each month or once a year, depending on the plan you pick.
If you're billed in a currency other than GBP / EUR / USD, prices are calculated from the GBP price and converted at the exchange rate on the date of invoicing or payment. That rate is final once applied.
VAT — UK customers
UK prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT is added on top at the applicable UK rate on every invoice.
Tax — non-UK customers
We do not charge UK VAT to non-UK customers.
Where local rules require it (most of the EU, plus other jurisdictions), the customer accounts for their own VAT / GST / sales tax via the reverse-charge or equivalent mechanism. These taxes don't appear on CicloZone invoices — they're handled with your local tax authority.
