Yes. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available to all B2B Studio customers on request.
What's included
The DPA incorporates standard contractual safeguards in line with UK GDPR.
It also covers:
A full sub-processor list (hosting, content delivery, analytics, etc.).
A lawful-basis statement for the personal data we process.
Cross-border data transfer safeguards.
How to request a DPA
Email hello@ciclozone.com with:
Your studio (or chain) name.
Your legal entity / billing entity.
Any specific clauses your legal team needs reviewed.
We can usually turn around a signed DPA within a few business days.
What about non-B2B users?
Riders are independent users of the CicloZone app, governed by separate Rider Terms. Their personal data is not part of the Studio's data processing relationship.
