You manage payment and invoice details from the Billing tab in your Studio Account.
Steps
Log in to
studios.ciclozone.com.Open the Billing tab.
Update:
Invoice address — the billing address that appears on every invoice.
Invoice recipients — who receives invoice emails (you can add multiple).
Subscription plan — see "How do I change my plan or add bikes?".
How payment works
Invoices are issued via Xero.
You can pay each invoice using the method of your preference (bank transfer / card / direct debit, depending on your region).
The invoice email contains the link to pay directly.
Missed a payment?
If an invoice goes unpaid, access to CicloStudio pauses until the invoice is settled. Your account is not deleted — your data and configuration are preserved.
