How do I update my payment method or invoice details?

Update your invoice address, recipients, and payment details from the Billing tab.

You manage payment and invoice details from the Billing tab in your Studio Account.

Steps

  1. Log in to studios.ciclozone.com.

  2. Open the Billing tab.

  3. Update:

    • Invoice address — the billing address that appears on every invoice.

    • Invoice recipients — who receives invoice emails (you can add multiple).

    • Subscription plan — see "How do I change my plan or add bikes?".

How payment works

  • Invoices are issued via Xero.

  • You can pay each invoice using the method of your preference (bank transfer / card / direct debit, depending on your region).

  • The invoice email contains the link to pay directly.

Missed a payment?

If an invoice goes unpaid, access to CicloStudio pauses until the invoice is settled. Your account is not deleted — your data and configuration are preserved.
