Cancelling during the free trial
You can cancel any time during the 30-day free trial and you will not be billed. Your account simply does not move to a paid plan.
Cancelling a monthly subscription
Each billing month is a separate Contract Month and renews automatically. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop billing. You keep access until the end of the current Contract Month.
Cancelling an annual subscription
The annual plan locks in price and features for the prepaid year. It renews automatically at the end of the term at the then-current rate unless you cancel before renewal.
Refunds
Termination does not entitle you to a refund. If you've prepaid for the year, you keep access for the full term.
Missed payments
If an invoice goes unpaid, access to CicloStudio pauses until the invoice is settled. Your account is not deleted — your data and configuration are preserved.
