The Studio Data Analytics module is included in the BASE package and gives studio owners and managers a view of studio-level activity.
What it covers
Class participation — attendance trends by class, day and time.
Class type mix — share of Virtual vs Live vs Free Style.
Studio activity — total rides delivered, peak hours, busy days.
Instructor coverage — which instructors are running which slots.
What it does NOT cover
Individual rider personal analytics — those stay private to the rider in their CicloZone app and are not visible to the studio.
Leaderboard data after class ends — leaderboard is live only and is not stored.
Where to find it
Log in to studios.ciclozone.com and open the Analytics tab in your Studio Control Panel.
