What rider data can a studio see, and what is hidden from them?

Studios see live class data only — what's visible to them and what stays private to you.

Studios see live class data only. They do not see your private post-ride analytics or your personal history.

What the studio CAN see

  • Your class scheduling and attendance at their studio (via your studio code entry).

  • The live leaderboard during a class (which is not stored after the class ends).

  • Aggregated studio analytics (attendance trends, peak hours, etc.).

What the studio CANNOT see

  • Your post-ride analytics — COL, RPM Match %, Power Match %, per-interval execution chart, missed intervals, zone breakdown, calories, watts, BPM. All private to you.

  • Your FTP history.

  • Your personal performance trends across rides.

  • Your data from Home Ride, CicloTV, or Free Ride outside their studio.

Why this matters

Rider-level data is governed by separate Rider Terms and is not part of the Studio account. Riders are independent users of the CicloZone app — the studio doesn't own your performance history.

Even after you stop attending

If you stop attending a studio (or the studio cancels its subscription), your rider data and history stay on your CicloZone account. They travel with you.
