What does my post-ride analytics show?

The performance report you get after every ride — COL%, RPM and power match, zones, and more.

After every Studio Ride or guided session, you get a structured report summarising your performance.

Session overview

  • Class name

  • Class COL difficulty

  • Your COL result

  • Class vs. your COL comparison

  • Instructor name

  • Session duration

Core performance indicators

  • COL% — overall execution quality vs class targets and your FTP.

  • RPM Match % — cadence adherence vs class targets.

  • Power Match % — power adherence vs FTP-adjusted class targets.

Interval performance chart

A per-interval execution chart:

  • 100% = on target

  • Above 100% = overperformance

  • Below 100% = underperformance

Missed intervals

How many intervals you didn't complete within tolerance, out of the total in the class.

Zone performance

Completed vs assigned intervals in each power zone:

  • Blue Zone

  • Green Zone

  • Yellow Zone

  • Red Zone

Exercise details

  • Time & distance — total duration, total distance.

  • Calories — active and total.

  • Power — average and max watts.

  • Heart rate — average and max BPM.

  • Cadence — average and max RPM.

  • FTP utilisation — average and max % of FTP.

  • W/kg — average and max.

  • Speed — average and max.

Privacy

  • Only you can see your post-ride analytics. The studio and instructor cannot.

  • You can share a ride via a generated link.

  • You can export ride data to Apple Health or Health Connect with your authorisation.
