Express Studio Ride lets you hop on a bike and join a class without creating a CicloZone account.
When to use it
You're running late and don't have time to register.
You're a guest rider trying a CicloZone studio for the first time.
You don't want to keep a personal performance history.
How to start
Open the CicloZone app.
Tap Express Studio Ride at the bottom of the first screen.
Enter the studio code shown on the studio screen.
Enter your name (for the leaderboard).
Answer a few quick questions: date of birth, height, weight, exercise and cycling frequency.
The app estimates your FTP. Adjust the suggested number manually if you know yours.
Connect your bike and start riding.
What you lose vs a full account
No saved ride history — Express rides are not stored against an account.
No personal progression — FTP improvements, badges, and personal analytics are not retained.
No Adaptive FTP recommendation post-ride — it's not tied to an account to update.
How to upgrade later
Open the app, tap Sign up, and create a free CicloZone account. From the next class onward your rides save to your profile.
