What's different from a Studio Ride
No instructor or class profile — you ride at your own pace.
No COL% or FTP-based zones — Free Ride is metrics-only.
No Adaptive FTP — Adaptive FTP runs only inside a structured class.
How to start a Free Ride
Open the CicloZone app.
Tap Free Ride from the main menu.
Connect your bike (and HR monitor if you have one).
Start pedalling.
