My studio invite email doesn't match my CicloZone app email — what now?

Three ways to fix a mismatched invite email so your Trainer Dials and web access unlock.

The email used in your studio invitation and the email tied to your CicloZone app account must match. If they don't, your Trainer Dials won't unlock and you won't get web access.

Three ways to fix it

Option 1 — change the email on your CicloZone app

  1. Open the CicloZone app → Profile → Settings.

  2. Change your account email to the same address used in the studio invitation.

Option 2 — create a new CicloZone account

  1. Sign out of the CicloZone app.

  2. Tap Sign up and create a fresh account with the invited email.

Option 3 — ask the studio manager to re-invite you

Ask them to delete the current invitation and re-send it to the email already registered in your CicloZone app.
