Technogym keeps a closed ecosystem over Bluetooth — its bikes don't broadcast their data openly, so they can't connect to CicloZone the normal way (riders pairing their own bike). On Bluetooth, Technogym bikes aren't supported.
Over ANT+, it may be a different story
ANT+ is a separate broadcast from Bluetooth. Where Technogym bikes send out a standard ANT+ signal (as some models do), a studio Wasp antenna setup may be able to read them for the leaderboard — the same way we capture other ANT+ studios. It depends on your exact model and firmware, so tell us what you have and we'll check. See "Does CicloZone support ANT+ bikes?", or email hello@ciclozone.com.
Other workarounds
Replace or supplement a small number of Technogym bikes with BLE FTMS-compatible bikes (Stages, Matrix, Life Fitness, Schwinn, Keiser M3i, Zycle, BodyBike, etc.).
Use an RPM sensor + Bluetooth heart-rate monitor on the Technogym bike — the app falls back to HR-based zones when no power signal is available.
