Subscribing is self-serve — you don't need to negotiate a contract or wait for a quote. Register, try the product, and set up your plan in the Billing tab whenever you're ready.
The standard path
Register your studio at ciclozone.com (open the For Studios page and start your free trial).
You're taken to the web Studio Control Panel at studios.ciclozone.com.
Open the Billing tab and configure your plan there — choose Standard or Unlimited, monthly or yearly, and the number of bikes.
An invoice is generated for you to pay, and your subscription is active.
You can explore the product on the 30-day free trial first, then go through Billing whenever you're ready to subscribe. This is how most studios join.
If your organisation needs a signed agreement
A formal Order Form and Terms of Service can be provided on request — typically for larger organisations or publicly-funded bodies with a procurement or funding-approval process. It isn't needed for the standard path above. If that applies to you, email hello@ciclozone.com.
