How do labs work with video appointments?
During your virtual appointment, your provider may order labs and/or tests, which you’ll be able to complete at a LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics location near you.
Lab orders can be sent to another facility of your preference, but always contact the facility directly to ask if they accept LabCorp/Quest Diagnostics lab requisitions, and if a provider signature is required.
Your lab test results will automatically be sent to Circle Medical, and your provider will share the results with you in your Secure Care Inbox.
Important note: If you have insurance, please contact your insurance directly to confirm that your chosen laboratory is in-network and learn about lab coverage before completing labs.
