Ticket Management is where you manage all ticketing-related information for your event.
This includes:
Ticket sales
Ticket tiers
Orders and attendees
Event ticket settings
Publishing and event visibility
Ticketing reports and exports
Ticket Management gives you full control over how tickets are sold and managed for your event.
Where to Find Ticket Management
You can find the Ticket Management module inside your event.
Once inside, you will see an overview of your ticketing performance and event information.
Viewing Your Ticketing Overview
At the top of Ticket Management, you will see key ticketing metrics for your event.
This includes:
Total orders
Completed orders
Total tickets sold
Total revenue
Net profit
Below this, you will also see your event information and configured ticket tiers.
Viewing Ticket Tiers
Ticket tiers are the ticket types available for purchase for your event.
Examples may include:
General Admission
VIP
Early Bird
All existing ticket tiers will be displayed within Ticket Management.
Creating a Ticket Tier
You can add additional ticket tiers at any time.
To Create a Ticket Tier:
Click “More Actions”
Select “Add Ticket Tier”
Enter the required details:
Tier name
Price
Allocation
Add optional details:
Description
Sale window
Click “Create Ticket Tier”
Once created:
The ticket tier will appear in your Ticket Management list
Tickets can then be made available for purchase based on your event settings
Editing Ticket Management Details
Under More Actions, you can manage and customise your ticketing setup.
Edit Event Information
You can update:
Event visibility (Public or Private)
General event information
Event Visibility Options
Public Events
When published, the event will appear on the Circolo Discover Events Portal
Private Events
The event will not appear publicly
Tickets can only be accessed and sold via the direct event URL
You can change event visibility at any time within Edit Event Information.
Publishing Your Event
Your event must be published before tickets can be sold.
Until the event is published:
Customers will not be able to access the ticket page
Ticket purchases cannot be completed
Public events will not appear on the Discover page
Once the event has been published:
Ticket sales will become active
Your event URL can be shared with attendees
Public events will appear on the Circolo Discover Events Portal
Publishing settings can be managed through:
More Actions > Manage Publishing
Editing Ticket Management Settings
Within Edit Ticket Management Details, you can configure:
Ticketing Settings
Ticket status
Maximum tickets per attendee (optional)
Event Branding
Host name (optional)
Host logo (optional)
Event category
Event page theme (customisable)
Hero image
Legal and Purchase Settings
Terms and conditions
Additional Options
You can enable or disable:
Require 18+ Confirmation
Displays an age confirmation on the event page
Hide Tickets Remaining Count
Hides remaining ticket quantities from attendees
“Sold Out” will still display when allocation is exhausted
Allow Ticket Refund Requests
Attendees can submit refund requests
Organisers can still process refunds for cancellations or force majeure situations
Event Reminders
You can also configure automated event reminders for attendees.
Ticket Tier Status Options
Within Edit Ticket Tier, you can update the status of an individual ticket tier.
One available status option is:
Hidden – This will hide the ticket tier from the public event selling page
This allows you to:
Temporarily remove ticket tiers from sale
Prepare ticket tiers before making them available
Control which ticket options attendees can view and purchase
Hidden ticket tiers will remain inside Ticket Management and can be made visible again at any time.
Managing Event Publishing
Under More Actions, you can access Manage Publishing.
This allows you to:
Publish your event to the Circolo Discover Events Portal
Customise the ticket confirmation email attendees receive
You can edit:
Confirmation email subject line
Confirmation email body
Once saved, these changes will apply to future ticket purchases.
Getting Your Event Embed Code
You can generate embed code for your event ticketing page.
To Get Embed Code:
Click "More Actions"
Click “Get Embed Code”
Copy the generated code
Paste it into your website or webpage
Two embed size options are available.
Sharing Your Event URL
Once your event is live, you can share your event directly with attendees.
To Copy Your Event URL:
Click "More Actions"
Click “Copy Event URL”
The URL will automatically copy to your clipboard.
This link can be shared:
On websites
In emails
Across social media
Directly with attendees
Printing and Exporting Orders
Ticket Management also includes reporting and export tools.
You can:
Click "More Actions"
Click “Print Ticket Orders” to print attendee orders
Click “Export to CSV” to download ticket order data
Viewing Ticket Orders
When tickets are purchased, orders will automatically appear within Ticket Management.
Each order displays:
Order number
Purchaser name
Purchaser email
Order date
Tickets purchased
Order amount
Order status
This allows you to monitor ticket sales and attendee activity in real time.
