Once an order has shipped, we can't cancel or recall it. But you do have options:
Refuse the delivery: When the courier attempts delivery, you can refuse to accept the package. It will be returned to us.
Request a return: Accept the package and then email us at contact@circuitmess.com to start a return. Keep the kit unopened and in its original packaging.
Once we receive the returned package, we'll process your refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
