I accidentally placed a duplicate order. What should I do?

No worries β€” email us immediately at contact@circuitmess.com with the subject line "Duplicate Order" and include both order numbers.

If neither order has shipped yet, we'll cancel the duplicate and issue a full refund right away. If one has already shipped, we'll cancel the other and refund it.

The sooner you reach out, the easier it is to catch it before shipping. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
