How to change your password?

In CityPay, you can change your password in just a few simple steps:

  1. Go to the platform.

  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click on your account.

  3. The profile menu will open - select “Settings.”

  4. On the “Settings” page, under the “Security” section, click “Change” next to the “Password” field.

  5. Fill in the fields:

    • Current password

    • New password

    • Repeat new password

  6. To finish, click “Change Password.”

⚠️ Your new password must contain at least 8 characters and include both letters and numbers. After updating, you can immediately use your new password to log in.
