Why can’t I withdraw funds?

Updated over a month ago

If you can’t withdraw your crypto, it’s usually because of low balance or network fee requirements.

Here’s what might be happening:

  1. Low balance:

    • Your wallet balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount for that specific coin or network.

    • Each network has its own minimum withdrawal limit.

  2. Not enough to cover network fee:

    • When you send crypto on-chain, you must pay a blockchain (network) fee.

    • If your remaining balance is too small to cover that fee, the withdrawal cannot be processed.

What you can do:

  • Make sure your balance is higher than the minimum withdrawal amount.

  • Try using a different network with a lower network fee (for example, TRON TRC20 is usually cheaper).

  • If you still can’t withdraw, please contact CityPay.uz Support via chat at https://citypay.uz/ - our team will assist you.

⚠️ Network fees depend on blockchain activity and may change over time.
