Happy National Volunteer Appreciation Week

We're celebrating with some exciting new feature updates for you!

You can find these updates in the Champions Overview, the Activity Log, and Setup* tabs.

*Please note that the Setup tab containing Admins, Questionnaires, and Roles management is only available to Super Admins. Contact your Super Admin to update your admin level if you need access to these functions.

Watch the video below for a full walkthrough of the latest updates:

  • Invalid email addresses and phone numbers are now displayed in red in the Champions Overview tab:

  • Add a Volunteer Groups column to the Activity Log table to view a volunteer's group alongside their hour records. Click the Customize button to select Groups and add it to your table:

  • And last but not least... check out our new Roles tab under Setup!

    • Click on a role's name to be taken to an Activity Log view that is pre-filtered to display records that have this role.

    • Reorder your roles by Most Frequently Used and A - Z. This will adjust the order they appear in your activity role dropdown when volunteers select their activity.

    • Merge similar roles by selecting them and clicking merge.

๐Ÿ“ŒPro tip: If you do not see the new updates, logout and back in to your admin dashboard and clear your browsing history!
