Questionnaire Exports and Champions table filtering

Questionnaire Exports are here! πŸŽ‰

Find your volunteers' responses to your question sets all in one place with our new questionnaire exporting feature! Here's how to navigate the new Questionnaires tab:

  • Click on a questionnaire's name to view the questions you are currently asking or to edit your questionnaire.

  • Then select ⬇️Export Responses to download a .csv file of valuable volunteer data!

  • Use your exported file to assemble and review volunteer responses to your customized questionnaires.

You can also...

  • Check the Date column of your exported file for when a volunteer submitted their responses.

  • Add a new questionnaire by clicking the button in the upper right hand corner.

Additional Filtering in the Champions table! πŸ”Ž

Filter your Champions table by volunteer attributes such as volunteer name, group, or total hours. Filtering allows you to curate a specific view of your table so you can export files of focused volunteer reports. Here's how this works:

  1. Select Add Filter above the Champions table.

  2. Select a column to filter by from the dropdown menu.

  3. Choose a filter type.

  4. Input a value to search for (i.e. a number of hours, a name, or a volunteer group).

  5. Click Apply and review your filtered data.

  6. You may now choose to export this filtered view of your volunteer data.
