The chat/support feature can be useful, but what if you want to hide it so you can get back to the cookbooks? Don't worry - just click the downwards pointing arrow in the bottom right (highlighted below), and you will get rid of the message box. You can go back to it at any time by clicking on the speech bubble which float that same spot on the speech bubble.

In the mobile app, to reopen the chat window open the Settings menu and go to Help and Support. Or click the feedback link in the footer of every recipe.
