At CK Capital, we prioritize respectful and professional communication. Traders who publicly post complaints, threats, or grievances on social media before engaging with our official dispute resolution process will face immediate consequences, including:

  • Full refund of fees paid

  • Permanent prohibition from using our evaluation services

We take threats, harassment, or verbal abuse directed at our staff very seriously. Such behavior will result in:

  • Forfeiture of any fees paid

  • Permanent ban from all CK Capital services

We strongly encourage all traders to address concerns professionally through our support channels to ensure fair and timely resolution.
