The full screen mode allows you to watch claap videos that take up your entire screen.

How to enter full screen mode

To enter the full-screen mode:

  1. Go to the video you'd like to watch

  2. At the bottom-right of the video player, click Enter full screen or use the shortcut F.

What can you do while watching videos in full screen mode?

Here are all the actions you can do while watching a claap video in full screen mode:

  • Read comments: when you mouse over a comment avatar on the claap's timeline, it will show a preview of the comment as in the image below. Clicking on that avatar will open the comment side panel on the right of the player.

  • Add comments: nothing changes when watching a video in full screen. You can still add comments by selecting an area of the screen or by clicking on the pink comment icon on the bottom right of the player.

  • Add a reaction: you can "claap" a moment by clicking on the pink claap icon on the bottom right of the player.

  • Sound and playback rate controls: the actions to control sound and playback rate are the same regardless if watching in full screen or not.

How to exit full screen mode

To exit the full-screen mode, click on the Exit full-screen button in the lower-right corner or press F or Esc on your keyboard.
