If you need to change the card linked to your ClassCover Learn subscription, you can easily update your payment details online through your ClassCover casual profile.
Whether your card has expired, been replaced, or you’d simply like to switch payment methods, this article walks you through the steps to keep your ClassCover Learn membership active and your access to online professional development (PD) uninterrupted.
Updating Your Payment Details
Log In to your ClassCover casual profile on your computer
Navigate to Teacher PD in the top menu and select Access ClassCover Learn.
Access the Account Settings
Once on the ClassCover Learn homepage, hover over the 'Me' tab and click on 'Account'.
Edit Payment Method
Under the Payment Method section, click 'Edit'.
Enter your new credit card details and click 'Proceed' to save the changes.
Note: You will receive an automatic email 1 month before your payment card expires, prompting you to update your payment details to avoid any disruptions.
💡 Tip: You can update your payment method at any time before your renewal date.
Updating Your Payment Information if You Joined ClassCover Learn Before March 2023
If you joined ClassCover Learn before March 2023 and need to update your payment details, follow these steps:
Log In
Log in to your ClassCover profile using your computer.
Navigate to Teacher PD
Go to Teacher PD and select Account.
View Current Payment Details
You will see the current payment details saved to your account. If any information needs to be updated, select 'Change' in the Billing Details section.
Update Payment Information
Enter your new payment details and click 'Save' to confirm the changes.
When Will My Card Be Charged?
ClassCover Learn subscriptions are billed annually, and your updated card will be used for your next scheduled renewal. You’ll also receive an email reminder several days before your renewal date so you can check or change your payment info ahead of time.
