Need to update the email address linked to your ClassCover profile? Whether you're using our ClassCover mobile app or the web, follow the steps below to easily update your email address and ensure you're receiving important notifications.
On your Computer
Access your ClassCover profile on the web.
Click ‘My Profile’ in the top-right corner of the page.
Change Your Email:
a. Under the Personal Information section, click on ‘Change Email.’
b. Enter your new email address and click the ‘Edit Email Address’ button.
Confirm the Change:
a. Check your current email inbox for a validation email.
b. Click the link in the email to confirm your new address.
On the ClassCover App
Launch the ClassCover app.
Navigate to Settings:
a. Click the Menu icon in the top-right corner.
b. Select ‘Account & Settings.’
Edit Your Email:
a. Choose ‘Profile’ and tap the pencil icon under the Personal Information section.
b. Click ‘Change Email’ and enter your new email address.
Confirm the Change:
a. Check your current email inbox for the validation email.
b. Click the link in the email to finalise the update.
Important Notes
Always check your junk or spam mailbox for the validation email if you don’t see it in your inbox.
