Once you approve a customer who has submitted an application using our form, we send an account activation email to the customer which takes them to do setting password screen.
We don’t send this email for customers whose application you have rejected. So, only customers you approve receive this email

You can edit the email that is sent to approved customers by selecting 'Email' inside Form configuration and select 'Application Approved' to open the email editor and makes the necessary changes in it.
