Question: My customer(s) cannot find the account activation email after I have approved them. How do I resend the email to them?
Answer: Email clients like Gmail, Outlook etc. can accidentally send the activation email to spam/junk folder and in these scenarios, we request you to send the email manually by following the steps below -
Step 1: Please go the 'Customers' in Shopify and open the customer record for whom you want to share activation email. Click on 'More actions' and then 'Send account invite'
Step 2: You will see this screen where you can add a custom message in the email. Please click on the option to edit the template and edit it as per your email in our app.
Step 3: This is the email that will be sent when you send email through this method. Please edit it as needed
