How to Pair an Epson Mobilink Printer with Your Phone

This guide covers how to pair an Epson Mobilink Bluetooth printer (TM-P20II, TM-P80II, TM-P80II Plus) with your iPhone or Android device for use with the CleanCloud Driver App beta ↗️.


Step 1 – Enable Bluetooth on Your Phone

iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Tap Bluetooth

  3. Turn the toggle on

Android

  1. Open Settings

  2. Go to Connections (this may vary depending on your phone model)

  3. Tap Bluetooth

  4. Turn the toggle on


Step 2 – Put the Printer into Pairing Mode

The steps below apply to Epson printers. Steps may vary slightly depending on your printer model.

  1. Open the paper roll cover

  2. Press the Feed ⬆️ button until you hear a buzzer sound, then release it

  3. Close the paper roll cover

  4. A Next Action sheet will print

  5. Press the Feed button once, then press and hold it again

  6. A Bluetooth Interface sheet will print, showing the printer's device name (e.g. TM-P20II_XXXXX). Take note of this name as you will need it in the next step

  7. The printer will enter Pairing Mode for one minute

  8. The Bluetooth LED on the printer will start blinking to confirm it is in pairing mode

📌 Note: The Bluetooth status sheet will provide you the name of the device, which you will need to pair it with your phone.


Step 3 – Pair the Printer with Your Phone

iPhone

  1. Go back to Settings → Bluetooth

  2. Under Devices, find the printer name shown on your Bluetooth Interface printout

  3. Tap the printer name

  4. Confirm it shows as Connected

Android

  1. Go back to Settings → Connections → Bluetooth

  2. Tap Pair new device

  3. Select the printer name shown on your Bluetooth Interface printout

  4. Tap Pair when prompted


Step 4 – Confirm the Connection

Once paired, the Bluetooth LED on the printer will change from blinking to solid, confirming the connection is active.

✅ You can now connect the printer to the CleanCloud Driver App and test it.
