For assistance with CleanCloud, questions about our products or services, enhancement requests, hardware help, or account discussions, contact our customer support team via chat or email.

  1. Ensure you're logged into your CleanCloud account.

  2. Access the β“˜ Icon in the top-right corner of your CleanCloud dashboard.

  3. Click Help to open the Messenger page.

  4. Click 'Contact support' and type your query manually by selecting Contact Support πŸ‘€ or choose from pre-defined options that will guide you. If your query persists, we'll create a ticket for further investigation and forward it to the relevant team.
